Violet Ruth Cory, 100, Elkhart, formerly of Goshen and Cromwell, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025.
She was born Sept. 19, 1924. Her husband of 69 years, Carroll “Bud” Cory, whom she married June 17, 1944, preceded her in death.
She is survived by three children, Roy (Elaine) Cory, Elkhart, Carol (Terry) Sprague, Elkhart, and Richard “Rick” (Beth Cox) Cory, Marblehead, Mass.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier, is handling arrangements.
