Paul Anthony Helman, 56, Cromwell, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday May 9, 2017. He was born on Aug. 3, 1960 in Goshen to Paul and Thelma (Blankenship) Helman.
Paul had many friends and loved being helpful. He would take the shirt off his back to give you and ensure to put a smile on your face if you were having a bad day. Paul attended Trinity Assembly of God church in Ligonier and was a huge NASCAR fan. He adored his family and he loved his life.
Paul is survived by his children, Anthony Helman and Allysen Helman of Cromwell; brother, Ronald (Melissa) Helman of Warsaw; nieces; Malinda (Trent) Feeny and Chelsie Helman of Warsaw; aunt; Denise Williamson, and uncle; Jim Earl.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Jean Helman; and step-father, Roger Poor; uncle, Charlie Blankenship; and Aunt Judy Earl.
A funeral service will be held in Paul’s honor at 11:30 a.m. Monday May 15 at Yeager Funeral Home – 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767. Pastor Jeffrey Thomas officiate. Burial will take place at Pleasant View Community Church Cemetery in Warsaw following the funeral service.
Family and friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. at Yeager Funeral Home on Sunday, May 14.
