
Jack Webster Fulk
Jack Webster Fulk, 75, Cromwell, passed away at 5:45 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016, at the North Ridge Village Albion.
He was born Feb. 3, 1941, the son of Daniel and Lena (Crabill) Fulk, Whitely County. March 31, 1997, he married Kelly Kay (Stanley) Fulk at the Albion County Courthouse.
Jack graduated from Churubusco High School in 1959. He went on to serve his country honorably in the United States Army from 1966-1968. Jack worked for Lyle Electric and Group Dekko during his working years. After retirement he was committed to his woodworking and building projects for himself and other people.
Jack loved fishing, gardening and being a boss. He enjoyed being a ham radio operator and had his amateur radio license. His call sign number of N9BCP will become a silent key. He is the trustee of the 21 Repeater Club of Ligonier. Jack was a member of the Albion American Legion Post 246 and the Cromwell Masonic Lodge.
Jack is survived by his wife, Kelly, Cromwell; his children: Daniel W. Fulk, Syracuse, Debra Fulk, Tuckahoe, N.Y., and Ted D. Fulk, Cromwell; his sister, Helen (Terry) Clouse, Churubusco; David (Cindy) Fulk, Columbia City; and several nephews and a niece.
He is welcomed into everlasting life by his parents and his stepfather, Carl Fulk.
There will be a viewing at Yeager Funeral Home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, and an hour before the funeral service.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 24 at Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier, with Pastor John Lutton officiating. Burial will be at Merriam Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam.
Memorial contributions in Jack’s name can be made to the National Association for Amateur Radio.
